No its not possible to find a cell phone number like we find the landline numbers.
As the service provider kept it a secret because a ladnline can be used my so many people and one cant say its a personlized phone but on the other had a cell phone is a very personal thing and always be with you so if any one calls you then you only picks the phone.

is this true, i ve also heard that keeping the heart rate down burns fat more efficiently, but that after such exercise the metabolism returns to normal quicker than cardio training?.............

Cardio burns the most fat per minute of exercise. For the best effect you need to get your heart rate into an effective zone and keep it way for 45min-hour. Your correct that your metabolism returns to normal quickly, but you may have burned 700-1000 calories during that period of activity. If your basel metabolic rate (amount of calories you need to take in to maintain your current weight) is say 1800 calories, and you eat 2500 calories, but burn 1000 your net calorie intake is 1500 calories. Meaning you body is going to need to burn off 300 calories of stored fat to maintain. Hence the whole idea of diet and exercise.

You can increase your basel metabolic rate by building muscle mass (lifting weights). Which is an effective but very slow way to lose weight. You don't actually lose weight, you lose inches. Muscle weighs more than fat, therefore as you build muscle mass your weight goes up, however your cloths may fit better.

The best solution is to mix lifting with cardio.

What do you do when you are training for a more realistic grasp of things?

Do you train in shoes, jeans, heels (for women), with purses, umbrellas, magazines, etc?

Do you train situational awareness, multiple attacker awareness, and finding escape routes?

What else do you do? Do you think it is necessary to train like that?

yes it is necessary besides different situations and scenarios i also trained on different surfaces(bare foot)such as rocks,broken glass,wet grass,on slopes and hill sides etc.etc.

Private Jet Models

Are there any fighter jets in private pilots hands?

Lots of guys have piston warbirds but what about a jet? What is the most modern one? I wouldn't be surprised at maybe an F-86 Sabre or century model or MIG-15, but what about an F-4 or, Mig-21? Because John Travolta has a 707 or something like that so it would be possible exept for censoring the technology

There is only 1 F4 currently flying in civilan hands, *(owned by the Collins Foundation), and quite a few Mig's. (Mig 15/17/21/25). there are several L39 , Meteors, Fougas, Dragonflys, BAC Strikemasters in private hands.

To own one it has to be demilitrized and all military equipment (radar, weapon systems, etc) must be removed.
Second, it can not be a current model still in active service. Meaning the airframe type has to be decommished by the Armed Services. No current models. Sorry about the dream of owning your own F16.
If its a foreign aircraft, it there are more requirements, such as a lincense to import, and a export lincense from the shipping country, and all the duties, taxes, paid.
Depending on the aircraft type, usually the will be flown under a "Restricted" or "Expermental" Type certifiacte with the FAA. Basically prohibiting you from "holding out for hire", or making money off the aircraft for profit, with a few exceptions such as warbird flight training, donations.. etc.

Some countries prohibt any aircraft with an afterburner (Canada, UK), but not in the US.

What make/model of private jet is the most expensive?

As pointed out above, a new airliner in an executive configuration would cost you the most. I'll bet Air Force One is the spendiest today with all of the classified electronics on board. But I think your question refers to other than airliner type aircraft. Gulfsteam Aerospace and Canadair are neck and neck as manufactureres of the most expensive private jets being made today. They each push forty million for a "green" airplane. That means that once you fly it away from the factory, you still don't have any paint on the outside or seats, other than pilot and copilot seats, on the inside. Nothing, nada, zilch. You can easily spend another ten million or more before the boss is going to want to take a ride in it.

My boss owns a Boeing 727 configured as an executive jet for just that reason. Although he spent quite a bit on paint and interior and installing newer more fuel efficient and quieter engines, for what he paid for an airplane built in the sixties compared to a new Gulfstream or Canadair Global Express he can keep tens of millions of dollars to spend on things like his two hundred foot motor yatch with a crew of twelve. And he has about four times the cabin.

Gulfstream is considering a super sonic business jet. If they go ahead, they estimate the price to be around one hundred million. When asked, "Who would spend a hundred million to go fifteen hundred miles an hour?" Gulfstream's CEO replied, "The same people who spend half that amount just to go a third of that speed." I think he may be onto something there.

Oil Press Temp

i have a 1990 ford f 250 with 150000 miles on it it losses oil pressure when reaching temp?

I have changed oil and filters used heavier weight oil changed oil pump had bearing checked and was told they were worn engine sounds great when cold but knocks when warm and oil pressure drops. I get oil pressure when driving if I leave the truck in gear being it's a manual and let off the gas but when gas pedal is pressed oil pressure drops again, also when shifting I have oil pressure untell i press in the clutch and nothing and then it builds again untell I have to shift again, all this when engine is warm. When cold sounds and runs beautifully, reads normal oil pressure can I fix it with a rebuilt and any idea what that might cost? Buying a rebuilt engine or getting the engine i have now rebuilt?

When you had the bearings checked did they remove the oil pan?
If so why didn't they replace the main and rod bearings and also the oil pump(hi volume) at that time . that would have tightened the bottom end up a bit and boosted the oil flow.
The oil pump could be failing and needs replacing.

on one of our stock cars the block was porous and lost oil pressure when warm . the fix was an epoxy coating in the block . A better /cheaper fix is a new block

Yours sounds like a thrust bearing or oil pump is the problem.
The thrust surface on the crankshaft could be worn excessively the fix for that is a new crankshaft.
